Gift of Caring
Gift of Caring is a voluntary program that the Girl Scouts of CT is sponsoring again this year. As a Troop, you decide which organization will be the recipient of the cookies your Troop collects for donation. Cookies can be donated through GSOFCT for our military and you can choose a local organization to support.
As the scouts sell cookies they may ask their customers if they would like to donate a box of cookies to the organization you have chosen below. Your scouts can mark these Gift of Caring cookies in the white column on their order form.
This program benefits each girl by increasing her number of boxes sold. It benefits GSOFCT by increasing funds that will be put directly back into girl programs, and most of all it benefits our military or one of the worthy organizations you see listed below. All of the organizations on this list have ALREADY been contacted, and have confirmed that they would like to participate. All you have to do is choose one and contact them in MARCH to set up a delivery time.
