Cupboard Ordering When Not Holding a Booth Sale - Order Down:
Step 1: Order down on your boxes of cookies so you only order full cases.
Step 2: Place order with Cookie Cupboard through e-mail to [email protected] by Feb 5th. Use
"Cookie Order - Order Down" in the subject line of email for the individual boxes needed.
Example: You sold 15 Lemon Chalets - Order one Case on eBuddie and 3 boxes from the cookie Cupboard. This keeps
you from being stuck with the balance of a case.
Step 3: At pick up, you will get the full cases from the trucks and the extra boxes from our cupboard
vehicle that will be parked after the trucks.
Cupboard Ordering For Booth Sale - Order Up:
Step 1: Order up your boxes of cookies.
Example: If you have 5 boxes of Thank U Berry Munch from your Take Order, order a full case of Thank U Berry
Munch. Do the same for all the other flavors on the Cookie Booth Line in Ebudde. You will use the order
up cookies for your booth sale and these boxes are not returnable to the Ridgefield Cookie
Cupboard.
Step 2: Submit your eBuddie order by February 8th.
Step 3: Submit your Cookie Booth Request of whole cases to the Ridgefield Cookie Cupboard,
through e-mail to [email protected] by Feb 5th. Please use "Cookie Order - Booth" in the
subject line of email. Be sure to submit the date of your Booth Sale and your troop number
along with your request.
Step 4: Pick up your cookies from 24 Comstock Ct. on the Friday prior to your booth sale
between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Step 5: Have your booth sale. Please note that extra cookies will not be available for pickup during the Booth Sales.
Step 6: The Ridgefield Cookie Cupboard will accept back the following:
• Unsold, unopened cases ofcookies ordered and picked up through the Ridgefield Cookie Cupboard may be
returned the Monday following your booth sale between 9:00am. and 11:00am to Heather Bodner
(24 Comstock Ct.)
• The Ridgefield Cookie Cupboard will accept
ONE opened case per flavor of cookies ordered and picked up through the Ridgefield Cookie
Cupboard– So please make sure that you are only opening one case at a time at the booth sale.
• All cookies that are returned must be in sellable condition. This is at the discretion of the Ridgefield
Cookie Cupboard Coordinator. Cookies that evidence water damage or dented and torn boxes will be
refused. Boxes must be returned to 24 Comstock Ct. by the Monday after your cookie booth
between 9:00-11:00
Step 7: Your Ebudde final report will reflect the number of boxes you actually sold from the Ridgefield Cookie
Cupboard and will be paid for when all of the money is due to council.
Please remember to allocate these boxes to girls in the troops. These boxes will help the girls earn
incentives.
